There is no contact form on this site, and that is on purpose: a form would mean collecting and storing what you typed. Email reaches a person directly and leaves the message in your own sent folder as well as ours.

What we can help with

• Corrections: a step that is wrong, out of date, or that describes a screen your operating system has since moved.
• Clarity: a passage you read twice and still could not follow. These reports are genuinely useful, because the course is written for people encountering the subject for the first time.
• Broken links, including links to Australian government pages that have been relocated.
• Questions about how this site is funded, beyond what the affiliate disclosure page already explains.
• Privacy requests. Put Privacy request in the subject line and see the privacy policy for what happens next.

What we cannot help with

We are not a game publisher and have no access to anybody's game account. Problems with an account, a charge, a ban or a technical fault inside a game have to go to that publisher's own support, which is reachable from its own website. We cannot intervene, look anything up, or pass a message on.

We also cannot give legal, financial or security advice about your particular circumstances, and we cannot tell you whether a specific purchase is worth making. Where an Australian body is the right place to take something — the ACCC for consumer matters, eSafety for online abuse, Scamwatch for scams, the OAIC for privacy — the relevant step links to it directly.

Finally, this is not a review site and does not accept products, pitches or guest articles. Messages of that kind are deleted.

What to expect

Email is read on business days and most messages are answered within a few of them. A privacy request under the Australian Privacy Principles is answered within 30 days, as the privacy policy sets out.

Your message is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. Correspondence is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless it is needed for a legal claim, and anything you send that is not needed to answer you is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. Please do not send documents, identity papers or account passwords; none of it is needed to answer a question about a web page.
