Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 16 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of inertproxy.online, published by M - Style Europe s.r.o., Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, company registration number 04287061. By reading the site you accept them. If you do not, the remedy is simply to stop reading.

ORD 12-2

What this site is

It is a free, informational workbook about starting an online game on a desktop computer. It is general in nature and does not take account of your circumstances, your household, your equipment or your finances.

It is not professional advice of any kind. Nothing here is legal advice, financial advice, consumer advice or security advice, and nothing here should be relied on in place of advice from a qualified person or from the relevant Australian regulator. Where a matter belongs to a regulator, the course links to that regulator so you can read its own material.

It is not accredited training. There is no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification, and completing the five steps confers no status recognised by anyone.

ORD 12-3

Accuracy and change

The course is written carefully and reviewed regularly, but the subject moves. Games change their requirements, their prices, their features and their terms without notice; operating systems move the panels this course tells you to open; government pages are reorganised. Before you act on anything concerning a specific product, check the vendor's own current information. Before you act on anything concerning Australian law or classification, check the responsible body's own current page.

We do not warrant that the site is error-free or available without interruption, and we may change, correct or withdraw any page at any time.

ORD 12-4

Third-party sites

This site links to other organisations' websites, including Australian government bodies and a game vendor reached through a paid affiliate link. Those sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms or their handling of your information, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond what the surrounding sentence actually says. How the affiliate arrangement works is set out on the affiliate disclosure page.

ORD 12-5

Use of the material

The text, layout and code of this site belong to M - Style Europe s.r.o. You are welcome to read it, print the checklists and use them yourself, in your household or with people you are helping. Republishing substantial parts of the course elsewhere, or presenting it as your own, requires our written permission. Brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

ORD 12-6

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, M - Style Europe s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything in it, including loss of data, loss of an account, charges incurred with a third party, or a decision about hardware or software.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant material or paying the cost of doing so.

ORD 12-7

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace any protection you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own place of residence — for readers in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law applies to the publisher's conduct in trade or commerce in Australia regardless of what this paragraph says.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
